All photos must be received no later than the Saturday before the meeting and please name your photo "your name - photo title.jpg" and follow the 1024 x 768 sizing guideline. Only Prints may be submitted on the night of the club meeting
Prints - Large and Small
Artist's name and print title must be clearly labeled on the lower right corner on the back of the print with an arrow indicating the top of the image.
A maximum of 1 prints may be entered per artist, per competition.
Small prints must be 40 sq in or smaller - i.e. 4"X6"
Large prints must be 80 sq in or larger.
Prints should be matted on single layer matte board - black or white only.
For entries which are printed personally by artist, matte can be printed on image.
Digital Images
Must be resized to meet standard competition format of 1024 x 768 pixels

At almost every meeting, members are invited to bring in their work for a friendly discussion and comment sessions to promote an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Submissions are usually digital but prints can also be presented. See guidelines below.
To help prepare members who are interested in having their work entered into public competitions, the club sometimes uses a competition format, judges are offered a chance to test their skill at providing a constructive critique of the entries.

Only active members are eligible to enter.

Judges points and comments are final.
